Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipstick Collection

Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipsticks
Rimmel London have re-formulated their Moisture Renew Lipstick collection (A$16.95), which feature a super moisturising formula that is enriched with Vitamins A, C and E to nourish the lips, SPF20 to protect the lips and packs a punch of colour for vibrant looking lips!

There are 13 gloriously rich and vibrant shades in the range: #150 Piccadilly Pink, #170 Ringa Ringa Roses, #180 Vintage Pink, #210 Fancy, #220 Heather Shimmer, #260 Amethyst Shimmer, #310 Back to Fuchsia, #330 Sloane's Plum, #360 As You Want Victoria, #500 Diva Red, #660 In Love with Ginger, #720 Notting Hill Nude and #780 Camden Brown. There are a variety of shades in this collection that range from pink to coral to red to nude and to beige. There is at least one shade that would suit everyone!

Today I have with me two gorgeous shades that I've been lusting after since they landed in my hands: #360 As You Want Victoria and #150 Piccadilly Pink. The semi-transparent violet casing of these classical-looking lipsticks look very funky and they stand out amongst all my other lipsticks in my collection.

Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipstick in As You Want Victoria
As You Want Victoria is a beautiful bright raspberry red shade that is dramatic, super vibrant and rich in colour.

Piccadilly Pink is a stunning bold dusty pink shade that would suit most skin tones and would be perfect for everyday wear.

The formula is highly pigmented, creamy in texture and hydrating to the lips! The coverage felt quite heavy once I applied the lipstick straight from the bullet, so it was necessary to blot the lips with tissue to allow the formula to set and stay in place. The longevity was great and the formula lasted a good 4-5 hours before fading was noticeable when drinking or eating. The shades Piccadilly Pink and As You Want Victoria are very pigmented shades which eventually left a lovely stain to my lips towards the end of the day. Since the formula was uber moisturising, my lips didn't dry out at all,! They remained moisturised and beautifully stained all day. The finish of this lipstick provided a beautiful glossy veil to my lips and the intense colour of both of these shades always brightens my overall makeup look!

The Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipstick collection is available at Myer and David Jones department stores and Pharmacies nationwide.
